✨God hates divorce, but He doesn’t hate you.✨

In this episode of Men & Marriage- we discuss several heartbreaking and heavy topics surrounding marriage.

  • Extra marital affairs- when the grass looks greener on the other side.
  • Abuse- Is it me? Maybe I trigger him?
  • Finances- #1 reason for divorce.
  • Divorce- Is there life after the “D” word?

We are so thankful for the wisdom of our subject matter marriage experts, Joyce and Anu, as they help us to address the following questions:

#1 I suspect my husband may be cheating on me…Should I hire a detective or put some sort of tracker on him? I don’t know what to do! Please help. 🕵️

  • What if you suspect your friend’s spouse is cheating, do you tell her? 😳

#2  A few years ago, I started chatting online with another man. It started off quite innocently as we both go to the same church…but now, he has asked me to meet with him alone.  I know it’s not right, but I’m feeling I can’t break this attachment. What do I do? 💬

#3 Money has been an ongoing issue in my marriage.  I believe money is meant to be spent, and my husband believes money is meant to be saved. We also have had real financial strains, where no matter how hard or how long we work, there never seems to be enough. Any advice? 💰

#4 I married into what is typically thought of as a “good family.”  However, a short time after marriage, my husband started verbally abusing me when supper was late or I forgot to do something. He was going through a stressful time with his father passing, so I just tried to forgive him. A year ago, he lost his job, and the abuse has moved to physical… I never told anyone as he is well liked and respected in the community. He is a generous giver to our church and I don’t know if the pastor will even believe me if I went to him.  Maybe it’s my fault.  Maybe I trigger him. I don’t know how to handle this or where to turn.

#5 I have been divorced for 3 years.  It was not something I wanted, but it was a marriage that I could not stay in any more. I understand God hates divorce, but do I get a second chance at love and life?  What are your thoughts on dating & remarriage, and divorced individuals in ministry.

This session is filled with Biblical insight, practical wisdom and sound advice!
