I’ve been told that I’m a little on the quirky side…and I can see why.  I don’t like what the average girl likes. I’m not a fan of floral arrangements, massages or manicures and I’d rather be at home than on vacation.

I like to think of myself as unique. 

And it’s nice to know, I’m in good company.

When I look at the twelve companions that Jesus chose to hang out with, each one was also a little on the quirky side.  Peter was quick tempered, Thomas had a hard time believing others, John was a little braggy….I think you get my point.

God saw each one as they were. I’m sure He noticed their quirks, but He also noticed something special and unique inside each one of them.

For the past few weeks, this song has been on repeat in my home. I can’t get enough of it. It reminds me that God sees me as I am, and He loves me…quirks and all.
